Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Uphold club standards for service, appearance, and professionalism.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous serving experience preferred (hospitality or private club experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service).
- Excellent oral communication skills required.
- Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English. Spanish speaking a plus.
Pay:
- Restaurant Servers are paid at $16.90/hour plus gratuities.
